Domain wall dynamics of ferrimagnets influenced by spin current near the angular momentum compensation temperature

We report on a theoretical study of the spin-current excited dynamics domain walls (DWs) in ferrimagnets vicinity angular momentum compensation point. Effective Lagrangian and nonlinear dynamic equations are derived for two-sublattice ferrimagnet taking into account both spin-torques external magnetic field. The DW before after Walker breakdown is calculated any direction spin current polarization. It shown that in-plane polarization current, mobility reaches maximum near temperature compensation. For out-of-plane polarization, contrast, with densities below does not excite DW. After overcoming breakdown, wall velocity increases linearly increasing density. In this configuration possibility gigahertz oscillation quasi-antiferromagnetic vector under action damping-like torque point demonstrated. Possible structures experimental demonstration considered effects discussed.
